FLUORAT®-02-2M analyzer as an
HPLC fluorometric detector
|

As part of a system for liquid chromatography, FLUORAT®-02-2M analyzer
enables the detection of mycotoxins, benzo[a]pyrene, vitamins, and
other classes of organic compounds. The analyzer is equipped with
an RS-232 interface, which allows recording chromatographs in real
time. A built-in microprocessor provides customized report. The
recording pulses are generated at a 4-Hz repetition rate, and the
analytical signals are linearly smoothed and averaged over a given
number of pulses. The output signals are compatible with PC Chrom&Spec®
software for chromatographic data processing. The Chrom&Spec®
software package allows for printing the chromatographs in a customized
format.

PYTHON pump
The PYTHON pump provides precise and predictable pulsation-free
eluent flow and pressure. It shows none of the injection valve irregularities
typical of HPLC reciprocating pumps operated at very low flow rates.
It is specifically designed to handle aqueous, organic, corrosive,
and viscous liquids analyzed with a high precision and accuracy.
An eluent gradient can be achieved by the action of two pumps operating
together.
The pump has a multifunctional control unit with a built-in keypad,
which simplifies routine operations.
