FLUORAT®-02-PANORAMA allows for time programming
of both excitation and emission wavelengths for easy optimization
of sensitivity and selectivity.
Specrtofruorometric FLUORAT®-02-PANORAMA can be used
to carry out very complicated analyses, such as polyaromatic hydrocarbons.
This instrument enables program-controlled adjustment of both monochromators
as a function of the eluation time. In this analytical mode, several
compounds, for example, 15 specified polyaromatic hydrocarbons,
can be detected with a very high sensitivity.
