Field Transportable OhioLumex-915 Mini CEM 1x Mercury Analyzer
|
|
OhioLumex-915 MiniCEM 1x is designed for field on-site
testing of Flue Gas for Total mercury. Instrumental replacement
for Ontario Hydro Method this is a good tool for point source
stack testing and on-site performance evaluation of Mercury Control
Technologies.

Real-Time continuous mercury monitor is based on the analytical
approach of Thermo catalytic conversion and Atomic Absorption
for detection of mercury with Zeeman background correction. This
approach requires no preconcentration on gold eliminating the
associated problems. The use of multipath cell combined with “dry”
converter provides highest sensitivity with no interferences from
the combustion gas matrix. Mercury measurements take place in
the heated cell zone of converter directly coupled to spectrometer.
High temperature (800°C) and short residence time prevents
Mercury atoms from recombining with any “active” species
generated due to high temperature decomposition of flue gas. Measurements
are “flow independent” in wide range.
Simple “Hot” “Wet” extractive probe is
provided (optional) for “High” or “Low”
particulate loading.
